James W. ("Bill") Hunt
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Hunt has over twenty years experience in the customer contact management field both as an engineer and entrepreneur in four different start up companies. As a founder of Interactive Response Technologies (IRT), Mr. Hunt developed an interactive desktop interface for call centers. This product was later sold to the Electronic Commerce Division of Rockwell Automation for in excess of $10 million. Mr. Hunt also held the position of Senior Product Manager for CTI products for Rockwell Electronic Commerce Corporation (now part of Aspect Software). In that role, Mr. Hunt had full P&L responsibilities for a $20 million dollar product line. In 2000, Mr. Hunt formed Down East Technologies as a value-added reseller of Rockwell and other customer contact solutions companies. In 2002, Mr. Hunt merged the business with Stroudwater Technologies to form Stroudwater Contact Point. Mr. Hunt is a regular presenter and speaker at industry trade meetings. Mr. Hunt holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bates College.
Craig R. Shambaugh
Vice President, Sales
Mr. Shambaugh is a proven sales professional with a record of delivering profitable results by leading sales teams through new product introductions, growth, and transitions. He has formulated successful strategies for building and driving channel and direct sales teams to meet and exceed goals. He has consistently overachieved customer satisfaction while delivering financial performance results.
Mr. Shambaugh has focused on communications and application software as a senior manager in sales, business development and marketing. Prior to joining Dirigo, he spent 19 years with Rockwell FirstPoint Contact leading the company into computer telephony applications. There, he helped the company develop an alternate go-to-market strategy through channel partners, expand internationally and shift from a hardware to a software revenue model. Previously Mr. Shambaugh served in a number of sales and marketing roles at such high-profile organizations as Ericsson, General Electric and AT&T
He is a regularly featured speaker at industry seminars including Intel Tech Summit, CT Expo and the Society of Telecommunications consultants, and has also authored numerous articles about customer contact solutions for industry trade publications. Mr. Shambaugh holds a bachelor’s degree from California Polytechnical University.
Robert Vitalius
Vice President, Business Development
Bob Vitalius is vice president of business development for Dirigo Telecommunications, a provider of world-class customer contact solutions for small and medium businesses. In the position, he leads all new business efforts and has been instrumental in building a dynamic sales and marketing system through a value-added reseller (VAR) and distributors.
With more than 25 years of experience building consulting and service organizations, Vitalius has held a number of leadership roles during his career. Prior to Dirigo, he was with Stroudwater Technologies as a consultant and later held the role of vice president of consulting and business development for Stroudwater Contact Point LLC, the parent company of Dirigo.
Vitalius began his career in 1968 at Liberty Mutual Insurance where he held a variety of sales and management positions. He later joined Sedgwick James Northern New England where, as president, he was responsible for leading all aspects of corporate growth until it was acquired by Marsh McClennan in 2000.
Vitalius holds a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Cortland. He is an active participant in the community and currently serves on the executive committee of the Greater Portland Chamber of Commerce, the executive committee of the Maine Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Corporate Maine Development Foundations.
Dennis Cerullo
Vice President, Product Management
Dennis Cerullo is vice president of product management for Dirigo Telecommunications, a provider of world-class customer contact solutions for small and medium businesses. Working with the engineering department and chief technology officer at Dirigo, Cerullo is responsible for guiding and managing the development, implementation and support teams.
In April 2005 Cerullo joined Stroudwater Contact Point LLC, the parent company of Dirigo, as director of client engagements. In the position he was responsible for the sales and delivery of special services and ongoing client relationships. He later assisted in the development of a successful bid for the Maine Technology Institute Award to develop the Dirigo iQueue and iGuide product lines and was named program manager for the new product development effort. Cerullo was promoted to his current position in August 2006.
Cerullo has more than 20 years of professional experience in high technology and financial services with an emphasis in customer contact center planning and implementation, portal and Web site planning and implementation, program and project management and customer relationship management. He has held senior positions at Frequency Marketing, Broadvision, Rockwell Electronic Commerce, Norstan Telecommunications and General Revenue Corporation.
Cerullo holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Cincinnatti and is a member of the Project Management Institute.
Jared Bluestein
Chief Architect
Mr. Bluestein has over 15 years experience as a software architect in the telecommunications industry. He joined the company in December 2005 following five years as senior software architect and developer for Funk Software. Prior to that role, Mr. Bluestein was lead designer and developer of Rockwell FirstPoint Contact’s award-winning Call Center StudioŽ product. Jared holds several patents in the contact center and telecommunications fields.
Scott Jeslis
Development Manager
Mr. Jeslis has extensive experience leading the development of complex, real-time and highly reliable software projects, from customer requirements through the maintenance cycle, using various development methodologies and client/server architectures. He has held a number of senior development management positions at Motorola, Tellabs and Rockwell FirstPoint Contact. Mr. Jeslis holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics from Elmhurst College.
John Reuthe
Director
Mr. Reuthe has extensive sales and leadership experience in both large and small companies including both owning companies and working with Digital Equipment Corporation as a senior sales executive with multi-million dollar quota responsibilities. Mr. Reuthe founded Stroudwater Technologies as a custom software development firm in 1998. Under Mr. Reuthe’s leadership Stroudwater Technologies developed innovative workshops to help customers refine system requirements to effectively implement customer contact strategies in their business systems. Upon the spin off of Dirigo, Mr. Reuthe will remain as President of Stroudwater Contact Point and join the board of directors of Dirigo. Mr. Reuthe holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Miami University.
